CONTENT OF THE OFFER AND AVAILABILITY

Due to the nature of some of our products, they may not be available at all times. Our website is updated regularly. However, some products on our website may be out of stock. The Buyer will be informed of the availability of the products in the product description. In the event of an order for a product that is no longer available, Towanda SA will contact the Buyer within 7 working days to inform him of the unavailability of the product. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Product prices are indicated in euros and only payments in euros will be accepted.

ORDER PROCEDURES

SHIPPING COST

European domestic Shipping

Packages are shipped by Fedex.

Each package is sent to the delivery address that the Purchaser provided during the ordering process. When the order has been dispatched, the Buyer will receive an email confirming shipment and containing the order tracking information.

The Buyer is responsible for checking the package and the products it contains upon delivery. If, at the time of delivery, the Purchaser notices any clearly visible visible damage, he must have this noted on the delivery slip before signing for receipt.

In the event of apparent damage clearly visible, or if by mistake the wrong products have been delivered, the Buyer must notify his complaint by e-mail to [email protected] and by registered mail to Towanda SA, rue Darwin, 32 to 1050 Ixelles (Belgium), within 7 days from the date of delivery. International Shipping

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The Buyer is the importer and is responsible for all import fees.All other orders will be shipped fully insured via Fedex.

OWNERSHIP – RISK

The transfer of ownership will take place as soon as full payment has been received by Towanda SA. The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products purchased will be carried out upon delivery of the products.

EXCHANGES – RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

In accordance with Belgian law, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product ordered or request an exchange. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, unused.

Returns that do not meet this condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the Buyer.

In order for the return to be accepted, the Buyer must return the product from the same country to which the Buyer was originally delivered. Orders returned from a different country may be subject to additional taxes and be subject to customs delays.

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

Under the law of consumer protection in the « consumers sales and guarantees directive », each item is subject to a legal warranty of 2 years after the delivery of the goods to the customer/consumer. The consumer must inform Towanda SA within 2 months  if any defect is noticed and at the latest before the end of the warranty period, the consumer must contact the customer service by e-mail: [email protected]
Once the defect has been reported, the customer/consumer has 15 days to return his purchase, either to the address rue Darwin, 32 at 1050 Ixelles (Belgium), postmark being taken as proof, or by dropping it off at the store, located at the same address.
However, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is advised to provide appropriate packaging to properly protect the returned item as well as to choose a quality and trusted carrier. The risks of loss or damage linked to the return transport are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a proven defect in the product, the customer will be compensated by Towanda SA either by repairing the defect or by replacing the article.
The warranty does not however cover the renewal of lost parts as well as the deterioration of surfaces by dirt, acid attacks or physical attacks. The warranty also does not cover defects and damages caused by accidents, negligence, drops, abnormal or incorrect use, use of the article for purposes other than those for which it is intended, changes or modifications of the item due to heavy use or poor maintenance.

VARIOUS

These general conditions apply to all offers, sales, purchases and other generally unspecified transactions between the Parties.
