Packages are shipped by UPS.
Each package is sent to the delivery address that the Purchaser provided during the ordering process. When the order has been dispatched, the Buyer will receive an email confirming shipment and containing the order tracking information.
The Buyer is responsible for checking the package and the products it contains upon delivery. If, at the time of delivery, the Purchaser notices any clearly visible visible damage, he must have this noted on the delivery slip before signing for receipt.
In the event of apparent damage clearly visible, or if by mistake the wrong products have been delivered, the Buyer must notify his complaint by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and by registered mail to Towanda SA, rue Darwin, 32 to 1050 Ixelles (Belgium), within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account.
